Wolves midfielder Karl Henry has said that the players are still adjusting to watch the new tactics of the manager Stale Solbakken.

The Swedish manager took over from Terry Connor as the permanent manager of the club in the summer. He has already made some changes to the squad in order to reduce the wage bill of the club, and hopefull bring in some quality players such as Theo Walcott.

KEEP THE BEST PLAYERS

Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Karl Henry has said that the club should be looking at keeping the top players, despite the relegation from the Premier league. The club were relegated from the Premier league after finishing bottom of the table last season.

WOLVES NOT SELLING

Relegated Premier league club Wolverhampton Wanderers have said that it would take an exceptional amount of money for them to be persuaded into selling star players Matt Jarvis and Steven Fletcher. Wolves were relegated from the Premier league this season.

CONNORS UNSURE ON FUTURE

Wolves interim manager Terry Connor has said that he is not concerned about his future and is more worried about the club's future.

Wolves were recently relegated from the Premier league after the 2-0 loss against Manchester City. Terry Connor was placed in charge of the team after the sacking of manager Mick McCarthy, but he has been unable to stop the club from returning to the Championship after a three-year stay in the top flight.

It is expected that a number of changes will be made at the club in the summer in order to comply with the less revenue from the Championship.

HENNESSEY RULED OUT

Just when it seemed that things could not go worse for Wolverhampton Wanderers, then main goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey has been ruled out for up to 9 months after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury.

Ever since the sacking of manager Mick McCarthy, Wolves have been on the down.

DOYLE CALLS FOR FANS SUPPORT

Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Kevin Doyle has said that fans should offer them some hope of support, as they try to prevent relegation from the Premier league.

Wolves sacked manager Mick McCarthy a few weeks ago and were looking at the possibility of announcing his replacement prior to the match against Newcastle United.

WOLVES FIRE MCCARTHY

Wolves were once again in the headlines when they fired their manager Mick McCarthy, ending his 6 year reign at the Molineux Stadium.

Wolves found themselves languishing in the relegation zone, and warning signs had been sounded the week before McCarthy’s dismissal, with the chairman finding it appropriate to enter the changing room at the end of another match which had ended in defeat.

WOLVES STICKING BY MICK

Wolves owner Steve Morgan has said that he is not willing to sack the manager Mick McCarthy, despite fans not been pleased with his tactics and team selection so far.

Mick McCarthy was instrumental in getting Wolverhampton Wanderers promoted to the Premier League a few seasons ago, but Wolves fans have never been happy with the manager.

WOLVES UNHAPPY WITH RED CARD

Wolverhampton Wanderers have said that they are extremely disappointed that the English FA have decided to reject the appeal over the red card for Nenad Milijas. Nenad Milijas was sent off in the 1-1 draw with Arsenal recently.

The match was scheduled to take place on Boxing Day, but was postponed due to a tube strike in London. The match went as planned on Tuesday and Arsenal went into the match hoping to take all three points. It would have allowed them to close the gap on Chelsea given that the West Londoners could manage only a draw against Fulham.
