Both teams had a lot of chances to score but failure to convert those chances meant that the match would not be producing a lot of goals.

Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette missed one of the biggest chances of the match after he was found with a fine pass, but he could not convert it and it almost cost Arsenal as a result. However, after the match, the French striker took to social media to apologize to the Arsenal fans for failing to convert that chance, admitting that he should be scoring from such opportunities.
